Overview

By order of Empress Nashmeira II, all skilled craftsmen are called to aid in Al Zahbi's restoration. Two Imperial officials appear in Aht Urhgan Whitegate twice per week, issuing an emergency repair decree for the city's defenses.

How It Works

Imperial Herald — Signed Equipment

Each event, one signed equipment item is chosen at random from each guild's pool. The Herald posts a list of required gear at the start of the decree. Donate items you have crafted yourself (signed with your character name) to earn guild points — the Empire only accepts gear wrought by the artisan who presents it. Purchased items are rejected.

HQ crafted items earn a 50% GP bonus. After 12 total turn-ins to the Herald, your manifest reshuffles to a fresh set of 8 items.

Imperial Quartermaster — Raw Materials

The Quartermaster accepts stackable raw materials (ingots, cloth bolts, logs, leather, etc.) — no signature required. You receive one requisition per guild; once a guild's stack is delivered, that guild rotates to a new requisition immediately, independent of the others.

Server-wide milestone announcements fire at 50, 100, and 200 items donated per guild.

Artisan Marks & Artisan's Focus

Every turn-in to the Herald or Quartermaster also awards Artisan Marks — a custom currency redeemable at the Artisan Broker in Aht Urhgan Whitegate for timed synthesis buffs.

Imperial Herald — NQ signed item1 per item
Imperial Herald — HQ signed item3 per item
Imperial Quartermaster — material stack1 per stack

Artisan's Focus — Synthesis Buffs

The Artisan Broker sells three tiers of Artisan's Focus. Each tier is its own status effect slot, so all three stack with each other, plus food, signet, and crafting gear. Re-buying the same tier while active refreshes its duration. Every tier lasts 30 minutes.

TierCostEffect
Artisan's Focus I 25 marks +10% Synthesis Success Rate
Artisan's Focus II 75 marks +15% Synthesis Success Rate, +1% HQ Rate
Artisan's Focus III 200 marks +20% Synthesis Success Rate, +2% HQ Rate, +25 Synthesis Skill Gain

Stacking all three tiers grants a combined +45% Synthesis Success, +3% HQ Rate, and +25 Synthesis Skill Gain for 30 minutes — ideal for a high-stakes synth session right after the event ends.

Tips

  • Watch for the server announcement — the event starts with a 1-minute warning.
  • Check both the Imperial Herald and Imperial Quartermaster on arrival — they request different items.
  • HQ signed items always yield 50% more GP and triple the Artisan Marks. Worth the extra synth attempt if your skill is high enough.
  • Equipment for the Herald must be signed by your own character. Pre-crafting before the event starts is the most efficient approach.
  • The Quartermaster's requisitions rotate per guild as soon as you deliver a stack — check back after each delivery for a fresh request.
  • Stack Artisan's Focus I, II, and III together for +45% Success / +3% HQ on a 30-minute synth window.
  • Each item donated counts toward guild milestones. Server announcements fire at 50, 100, and 200 per guild.
