Dynamis Divergence is the Seekers-era re-imagining of classic Dynamis — fully
instanced, much harder than original Dynamis, with its own custom mob pools and
drop tables. On Scythe, all four "Divergence" zones are available at retail-faithful
difficulty, tuned for a coordinated group (alliance-size recommended for the
original nation zones, full party for Jeuno).
How to start
- Complete Rhapsodies of Vana'diel. Divergence entry is gated
behind A Rhapsody for the Ages (final RoV mission). See the
Missions page; mission skip is available from
the hub NPC if you want to jump to endgame.
- Gather a currency piece. You need one of:
One Hundred Byne Bill, Montiont Silverpiece, or
Lungo-Nango Jadeshell (standard Dynamis currency — drops from
original Dynamis, bought on the AH, or traded from guildmates).
- Visit Aurix.
Aurix · Ru'Lude Gardens
Trade your currency piece. In return you receive an Empty Hourglass
key item — this is your Divergence pass.
- Buy a Prismatic Hourglass. 50,000 gil at the in-city Enigmatic
Footprints NPCs (Windurst Walls, Bastok Mines, Southern San d'Oria, or
Ru'Lude Gardens) — this converts the empty hourglass into a timed entry.
- Talk to the same Enigmatic Footprints NPC to enter the
Divergence instance of your choice. Your alliance enters with you.
- Lockout: 24 hours from midnight. Standard Dynamis lockout.
One run per player per day.

What Makes Divergence Different
- Custom mob pools — not just up-levelled original Dynamis.
Divergence mobs have different AI, different TP moves, and different loot.
- Disjoined beastman champions — each zone has its own mini-bosses
(Disjoineds_Galka, Disjoineds_Elvaan, Disjoineds_Mithra, Disjoineds_Tarutaru)
with unique mechanics.
- Elemental Circles — elemental mobs (Fire Circle, Ice Circle, etc.)
drop crafting and upgrade materials.
- Jeuno's Disjoineds_Odin — the final boss of Jeuno Divergence.
Drops the highest-tier currency variant.
- Retail-faithful droplists — the Divergence drop tables match
what the Seekers-era retail server actually had.
