Who is Abquhbah?

Abquhbah is a fierce Galka warrior encountered during the Seekers of Adoulin storyline. He is a straightforward, no-nonsense fighter who charges headlong into battle. His brute-force approach makes him a reliable source of physical damage in any party.

Key Abilities

• Berserk — Temporarily boosts his attack power at the cost of reduced defense. This is a Warrior signature ability that makes every hit land harder.
• Warcry — A party-wide attack boost that benefits everyone fighting alongside him. If you are a melee damage dealer, this buff helps you too.
• Defender — Raises his defense at the cost of attack power. He uses this when things get dangerous, helping him survive longer in tough fights.
• Weapon Skills — As a Warrior, Abquhbah uses powerful weapon skills when his TP gauge fills up. Weapon skills are special attacks that deal heavy burst damage.

When to Use Abquhbah

Abquhbah is a simple, effective damage dealer. Warriors are the most straightforward melee job in FFXI: they hit things hard and have buffs to hit even harder. He works well when you just need more raw physical damage in your party. Pair him with a tank like August and a healer, and he will reliably contribute damage without complications.
