Who is Noillurie?

Noillurie is an Elvaan from San d'Oria who combines the way of the samurai with the protective instincts of a paladin. This hybrid approach makes him a unique trust — he can deal solid melee damage while also providing some defensive support and light healing. He bridges the gap between a pure damage dealer and a support character.

Key Abilities

• Hasso — the Samurai attack speed and accuracy buff. Noillurie uses this to maintain respectable melee damage while in his offensive stance.
• Third Eye — a Samurai defensive ability that allows Noillurie to anticipate and dodge the next physical attack. Think of it as a single-use shield that blocks one hit completely, then needs to recharge.
• Some healing — the Paladin sub job gives Noillurie access to basic Cure spells. He will not replace a dedicated healer, but he can patch himself up or toss an emergency heal to a party member in trouble.
• Off-tanking — with his Paladin sub job providing extra defense and healing, Noillurie can absorb some hits if the main tank goes down or if enemies split their attention.

When to Use Noillurie

Noillurie is a good choice when you want a melee DD that is more durable than average. His Third Eye and Paladin healing give him survivability that pure DDs lack, and he can serve as a backup tank in emergencies. He does not hit as hard as a pure Samurai like Gilgamesh or Tenzen II, but he makes up for it with versatility. Use him when your party needs a little extra toughness without sacrificing too much damage.
