Melee DD with Emergency Heals — Monk
Prishe is one of the most beloved characters in FFXI, central to the Chains of Promathia storyline. She is an Elvaan girl from the Tavnazian Safehold who was cursed with immortality -- she cannot age or die of natural causes. Despite her tragic circumstances, she is fiery, headstrong, and always ready for a fight. The original Prishe trust was a pure melee damage dealer. Prishe II is her upgraded version, who still punches things very hard but now also throws out emergency healing when the party is in trouble.

Bring Prishe II as a damage dealer, not as a healer. She is listed in the healer section because she has Cure spells, but she should never be your only source of healing. Her emergency Cures are a bonus on top of her real job: hitting things with her fists.
The ideal way to use her is alongside a dedicated healer like Nashmeira II. Your main healer handles all the routine healing, and Prishe II's emergency Cures act as a backup if damage spikes and your healer cannot keep up alone. This combination gives you strong damage output plus extra healing safety.
Do NOT rely on Prishe II as your solo healer. She will spend most of her time in melee combat, and her Cures are weaker than a dedicated healer's. If your party is taking heavy sustained damage, she cannot keep up.
The base Prishe (without the II) is a pure damage dealer with no healing at all. If you want the emergency healing bonus, make sure you summon Prishe II specifically.
